Do you get into the technical details or just advise?
Both. I can write dbt models, review SQL and Python, and architect pipelines — and I can also translate all of that into a roadmap or board presentation. I don't parachute in and hand over a slide deck. I work alongside your team.
How do engagements typically work?
Most start with a scoping call to understand the problem and what success looks like. From there, I'll propose a structure, timeline, and fee. Project-based work is quoted at an hourly rate; ongoing retainers are monthly.
